1. Upon purchasing any Mearth Electric Scooter customer is entitled to 1 Raffle entry to join the PS5 Giveaway.

2. To win, customers must successfully do the following:

• Customers must recently purchase any Mearth Electric Scooter. (April 1 - May 31, 2021). Proof of purchase will be required upon claiming the price.

• Post your Mearth Story with your Mearth E-Scooter via FB or IG and don't forget to include #MearthRideToPS5

• Tag us on your post on FB or IG using @elyscooters

3. 1 winner of PS5 will be chosen by Mearth based on the following criteria

• Most creative photo and/or video

• Most appealing story

• Highest post like and share on their post

4. Announcement of the Playstation 5 Winners will be on June 10, 2021

5. Promo valid form April 1 - May 31, 2021

6. Submission of Entries: April 1 - May 31, 2021

7. Promo is valid to all Australian residents only.

8. The winner must provide an invoice from April 1 - May 31, 2021 to claim their PS5.
